A "dual view" means splitting the screen into two halves (Upper and Lower View) for showing two types of measurement pictures.
The cursor normally moves in all views, i.e. you'll have the corsor on the same frequency and time in all views. You can however
exclude one view from this by tapping the Free Cursor in the context menu.
The blue window will be the focused window and control the behaviour of the cursor keys.
